Since the SP hasn't been at the $2.16 price they accumulated the insider report ones, since April 5th, the ones posted on April 15th filing would be referring to some of those accumlated at that time. 10 day reporting period.

Not to say that they aren't accumulating more but we won't know for another 10 days.
