RE: Wholly chit
RE: Wholly chitfirebug: "Gold down $17.70 at this point. Morgan Stanley doing thier job today on holding it down. Question is when will they get tired or run out of money to keep it at bay."
Answer: NEVER. JP Morgan is a de facto arm of the Fed. The Fed can create a limitless amount of fiat
Fed Reserve Notes out of thin air.
What the Fed / Bullion Banks / Investment Banks / IMF / BIS / Money Trust etc; cannot create is physical Gold, Silver, PGMs, Grain, (all commodities), or even legitimate mining co.s with BONANZA grades such as our CSI.
Physical Gold & Silver are being quietly accumulated by very strong hands & won't re-enter the market for any daily trade swings. Many will be shocked to learn that the very entities manipulating the paper price will prove to be in the end very large holders of physical Gold. (think of Investment Banks creating & selling & making huge profits on billions upon billions of worthless loan tranches-----to municipalities, pension funds etc;---& then shorting them----making more huge profits---& then having the taxpayer pick up the tab) Rest assured the real players are prepared.
The "Emperor" will be seen by the mass as naked when the paper game is exposed. Sovereign Entities with objectives other than fiat profit will be the main expositors. (by removing the physical, among other things) At that point the mania begins. Now is the time to be accumulating real assets on pullbacks.
------------------------------------------------------Fiat Currencies go TERMINAL very slowly--------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------THEN ALL AT ONCE!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------
I'm not saying it's imminent, but when the panic hits trends will greatly accelerate.
It's time to take at least an intermediate approach with core assets & to do DD & plan an exit strategy.
Meantime have fun trading what's allocated to near term amidst the current volatility..........dannblack
