but to this point ... Sage will have to complete studies and accomplish other important goals before we see anotable change in the SP.

It remains a crap shoot, at least to us retailers, as to whether Sage's SP will drop like most companies do post consolidation or if they will buck the trend.  Insiders don't care about a few cents because they are buying and holding till the bitter end.  However since we are looking at some significant time passing for them to  "complete studies and accomplish other important goals" I am betting that Sage will follow the trend of most stocks post consolidation and we will be able to buy SGX at much lower prices over the next few months.

In the mean time I won't have money tied up while the rest of the venture is going gangbusters ....
