I use scotiaitrade (fka E-trade), works great, no problems and customer service is pretty good. Your rate depends on your trade volume, meaning the more trades you do, the less the fee. Plus if you do 30 trades in a month you can have an OTC chart free. I don't think I would use anyone else at this point. They do options, savings, rrsp, etc. I hope this helps.
