RE: RE: SAPOA

RE: RE: SAPOAKWG vs. SPQ

how kwg has certian obligations to cliffs as where spq has none. (to mention at the moment)

would you rather be semi controlled? (with influence)   or have no controlling power over you? (and decide whats best on your own)

your choice!... as a share holder i would prefer to be the pupet without the strings; than have someone tugging on them occasionally.

I own both, thought kwg was a faster play but realizing the wild card oppertunity of spq.

kwg seems more of a stable long as spq a quickie buy out for control of big daddy

cliffs has kwg in their pocket now they want to gain total control of spq then they have the whole rof in their hand with only owning 70% (apx. value; no comments please)

I see spq a dollar buy out let kwg develop slow then take them out at 2-3$ in a few....where both these plays should be at that level NOW. (well we will wait for the 43-101 but come-on! we know there is chromite in the 40% range amount is what we are waiting for)

imo... do your dd.
