What does that mean that the ouput is already spoken for? If it means that they have a buyer for their nickel what difference does it make if another company buys out FNI? The new owner may still be obligated to the "nickel spoken for" but that should not restrict the sale of the company but should in fact be a bonus for the buyer with guaranteed sales and revenue. What does limited control over the final product mean? Please enlighten.
