I would have expected a private placement by now too, after a price increase like they have had. But they have 1 million in cash, which is not bad when you consider the market cap is only around 11 million.

You can do a lot of drilling with a million, especially considering the good road access and generous Quebec tax incentives.

Even if they did a placement now, it would result in very little dilution, so I wouldn't expect it would hurt the stock price much, Might do the opposite.

There have been no insider sales yet, (not reported, at least) even tho' they hit .95 last week.

Remember these guys drilled one of the best holes ever drilled in Quebec, on this property a few years back, and now they have a huge porphyritic target to test.  Think Osisko.
