Thanks rocky, I try to look after myself, and many people have been so kind to compliment me on my physical conditioning. However you are the first to use that adjective - you're kind of dating yourself, though - Ben Weider was a great body builder, but he died over a year ago at 85. Maybe update your jargon - like ..... the schwarzenegger you look.
