KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. RE: RE: RE: RE: POSSIBLE?...actually...I think we are still reading this a bit differently, JDF.
As I see it, Nemis held 2% NSR on ALL properties optioned to FWR. KWG bought 1% because the other 1% was only for FWR to buy. I don't see anywhere that it says "which only includes the 5 JV properties of SPQ and KWG".
Now, where the problem is coming from is that last bit "KWG and Spider hold an undivided interest in such right as it affects the claims optioned from Freewest". Again, it does not state it affects only those properties, but those would be the only properties of interest to KWG and SPQ. I interpret it to mean they have an interest in that royalty because they have optioned a portion of the property from FWR. We know this won't be the case, but if they were to have built a mine there themselves, KWG and SPQ would have to contribute proportionately to that royalty, whether it be Nemis or FWR. THAT is where their "interest" lies.
The more I look at this, the more I think this whole thing stinks of a "master plan" that's been in the works a loooong time. It's no coincidence KWG picked up that other 1%, while FWR let theirs sit. Cliff's knows what they are doing. We are but the pawns in a grand game of chess.

Just my opinion,
TW
