2009 prod. goals not met .. 2010 not met either ?

2009 prod. goals not met .. 2010 not met either ?By searching for those 2 analysts (and their recommndations) .. I came across the company's goals:

2009: 40-50.000 oz gold production -> Not met, correct ?
2010: 80-100.000 oz -gold production -> looks to me a "Not realistic to meet" ?

Any thoughts on the above ?
