Is there a way to sell your shares?

Is there a way to sell your shares?I noticed the book value of my shares keeps changing. Right now it's 0.08, sometimes it's 0.09 or 0.1. This suggests that they are somehow trading somewhere... anyone know how you can sell them?

I fortunately sold  a lot before the halt but still holding some.
