KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. RE: RE: What the heck is happening today?

RE: RE: What the heck is happening today?I think our struggles are related to more than just the PP:

These warrants were issued to Cliffs to enable it to avoid dilution of its interest in KWG, and became exercisable upon the exercise of warrants held by third parties to acquire 25,083,845 common shares of KWG.

I would venture a guess that we are also working through some of these shares from those exercised warrants? Assuming these are the cheaper warrants that were due soon, they probably paid around 6 cents. What a sweet deal...exercise 2M warrants at 6 cents+/- and then sell 1M at 12 cents.
End result...1M free shares.

Just a thought
