TD acquires Failed banks in Florida!

TD acquires Failed banks in Florida!

Hey Blue you certainly have a mystical power!  When I post on this thread, I receive only 2 responses.  When you post, ALL THE PUMPERS COME OUT OF THE WOODWORK.  You certainly bring balance to the bank threads.  I'd like to buy this one back much cheaper.  Got to love your new nickname for aclcmc.

Yannio it sounds like sour grapes that you feel slighted that Bluenote won't talk to you.  He has you on ignore as he's mentioned several times.  Enough said.

Well Yannio/Fcabrese it seems TD waited until Friday, after the close, to announce their grand acquisition of FAILED BANKS IN FLORIDA from the FDIC!   If Ed & the boyz had paid ZERO for these alleged assets they would have overpaid dearly!  Instead Ed & Co. wasted more shareholder money to acquire these liabilities!  The whole state of Florida is in rotten shape and should have been avoided like the plague until the effects of the end of QE is known.  The bottom isn't nearly in for Florida.  Those that are impatient, like Ed & advisors always end up paying MORE.

I applaud the other 5 major Canadian banks for avoiding this acquisition Florida.  There are no opportunities in the US in the ailing financial industry.  TD should be looking to clean up its own house in Canada before embarking on futile acquisitions of banks that should have been put out to pasture.  TTFN
