RE: RE: Waiting and expectingI have to agree with Goldstrike, Management at Orex have the skills of a bubble gum wrapper. Without a doubt, the worst management I have ever witnessed in a Junior Company in over 20 years. The mistakes this management has made will go down in history as possibly the worse. After 20 years of drilling this resource, they still haven't a clue as to what they have.
On a brighter note, they may have redeemed themselves, they let the professionals at Osiko take charge and after more than 20 years, we will finaly see what GoldBoro has.
What is mind boggling is how this bunch of incompetent people get re-elected year after year. That's what amazes me here. I think a bunch of Golden Retrievers would have accomplished more than this management team. You have to congratulate them at how they look out for themselves. At the last annual meeting, they stood on guard to get aquainted with the largest shareholders (Mestengo and his friends and family) and they made their pitch to vote for them. When they got re-voted in, then they made sure to give themselves some nasty options in the order of the tens of Millions. That's looking out for themselves and I'm sure they give their thanks to the shareholders that made all this possible.
If I were to summarize the qualities of this management, the following items come to mind:
1) Absent from their booth during the last mining show, a real display of confusion and incompetance.
2) No internet site running for at least 6 months last year, I could have one up and running in three days.
3) A non existant PR. They pay something like $5k a month to an investor relations firm who do absolutely nothing.
4) Total disregard for shareholders and shareholder value. This management team couldn't care less about anyone but themselves. Mestengo, you have my votes should you decide to run for this board.
5) For the last 20 years, these guys have tackled exploration on Goldboro like a bunch of chickens without a head.
If it weren't for Osiko, Orex wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell. Great work management for showing us what a total incompetant management team looks like. Now go back and try to concote some fancy way of rewarding yourselves for being the incompetent managers that you really are.
