Not sure if the formatting will hold or if the site will allow me to paste but here is level 2.

Low volume is because sellers are holding and buyers are waiting for news to act on.

Low volume is good for investors that own shares already but horrible for people that are people trying to cash out or buy in . More volume woudl happen if price drops a few cents or goes up a few cents so for now it is a wait and see.
