I got it today :

Pretty much everything has been collected and we are finalizing the sub agreements and reconciling the funds before we prepare the final documentation for the exchange.

 

Once the Exchange has everything and reviews, they will give us approval and we will announce the closing.

 

It is quite a paper process and we expect to finalize next week
