RE: Exeter Resource capex $ +4B?

RE: Exeter Resource capex $ +4B?Geee,

Thank you for the coments.

If the capex were to go to US$4.2B then I wouldn't expect to see a positive feasibility study result on the project.

I will look at your Barron's links tomorrow and see what I can learn from there.

Regarding my SA valuation, I used US$3100M which is US$3.1B and it came from the 2009 43-101. I have however updated that blog to use the March 31, 2010 document you provided in you post. Before making the update,
Projected fair market stock price for Seabridge Gold Inc. at the close of trading on 2010-Apr-21 was C$58.18 chaanged to and now reads
Projected fair market stock price for Seabridge Gold Inc. at the close of trading on 2010-Apr-21 was C$52.21.

No surprise, CapEx makes or kills projects. I am no expert in CapEx so I make my assumptions up front and let the chips fall where they may. It will be interesting to see what the Feasibility study has to say. Each project and deposit has its own unique cost factors which are very hard to estimate from a far.

From reading your post, I can see that you read US$3100M as US$310M. Fair enough. I see that I need add some formating to flip 1234M to 1.234B or else add commas -- I am planning a major revamp of the blog formats in May/June and this will definitely be a feature.

Thanks again for your comments. I will take a second look tomorrow to see if I've missed other comments.

Cheers,
Dennis
