TransGamingInc. (TSX VENTURE: TNG), a leader in the development of innovativesoftware portability products that facilitate the deployment of videogames across multiple platforms, today announced it has initiated a newcorporate communications program to improve shareholder relations inthe United States. As part of the program, TransGaming has retainedWolfe Axelrod Weinberger Associates LLC in the United States tocommunicate its strategic goals and business opportunities in order toincrease investor awareness and thereby enhance shareholder value.

VikasGupta, CEO & President of TransGaming, said, "TransGaming hasachieved significant milestones in 2009 and we are at a point in ourgrowth that we require an expansion of our investor relations programin order to broaden our investor exposure.
