New to HRG

New to HRGJust starting my DD, but noticed the bloated share count.  Is there plans or was there approval at the last AGM to complete A share consolidation?

Other than that, it looks like this company has turned the page as of last fiscal with all the write-downs, etc.

It looks to me, aside from OS, the key is to find a good entry point...
