.10 level, you are forgetting that the other 50% of their shares were accumulated starting at
.27 all the way down to
.17.  My unofficial tally has their overall average buy price at about
.16 or
.17.. Two million of their investment has been tied up for morethan a year so once you factor their investment income loss you can safely say breakeven for these guys is roughly
.20.
Now do you really think that these guys are pouring these type of dough into Versatile to get a couple cent returns, i think not.  They will be looking for a double, triple or more likely a 5 bagger.
I believe that by the time a buyout comes VV willl be trading at a multiple of todays price and the buyout price will be $1 at the minimum and in addition i don't think that it will be entirely in cash. I more likely scenario is that we will become EQS shareholders.
