RE: RE: RE: RE: Interesting

RE: RE: RE: RE: InterestingIn short, Versatile owns about 9% of the Equus float.  Five Versatile insiders and directors are part of a new board at Equus. This new board expelled the founder of Equus and in effect will now be the new controling group (assuming they win out in the proxy voting that is due to close may 10th.)
For all intent and purposes the Versatile board will also be the Equus board.
Obviously the speculation here is that in time there will be some tie in between the two companies.
It could be a reverse split or it could be Equus buying Versatile or at the very list expect  big cross ownership where VV keeps buying more of Equus and Equus makes a direct investment into VV..
No matter which way it goes the only certainty is that VV shares are headed north. Its as close to risk free investment at these levels as you will find (knowing that the two main VV directors own 60 million shares at an average price of about
.16).
The only question that is still looming is how long before the story unfolds.
