There really isn't anything wrong with the company, but there isn't anything special with it either.
Share prices always drop after news, the price already has the good news factored in it. Always sell before any news is released, safer and good practice.
It spiked up because it was a pump and dump, all the yahoos started buying up frantically and everyone helped make sure the price was inflated. Get the suckers buying high into the run so you can unload your shares at huge profits!
Of course their are always people manipulating it, thank God for them or I wouldn't make money!!
There is always hope for a company but you might have to wait 5-10 years to see profit. We know that most of the guys here are stuck now unless they take considerable losses. They will be waiting at least 1-2 year minimum!

I would advice you to stay away completely, the share price is dropping, there is no buying pressure and I promise you that if you buy it you will be very sorry and stuck like the rest.
