Bottom line...We can talk about the bridge; the fact they promised pictures or video of Cambridge show, time it took to deliver a permit or request one; telling they will drill as much and not doing it; the fact they never drill deep, will just stripping and trenching, they thrown us a 43-101 document that was done years ago for Jacobus while using it as a pump; telling us that Mr. Gold from Kinross is on board was a great thing with no results yet; having bough many properties in the Beardmore region and not able to find gold when PG or/and ATV, Goldstone and even Laurion have found better results and are ready to extract some gold, as well do not forget about their SP who's higher for those with much less properties but better management team. The fact they used the AG O RACOM machine and play with fake posters and mislead us on many occasions. The merger with Consolidated Puma that gives Sage Gold inc some $3M is now all gone. All the LAB delay; Announcement of drill results at certain dates from management never at the date suggested. Mike O'Brien telling us that Jerry Francis was a great man, while we never asked about such info; sounds like some fake pumping coming from an IR guy. Having a poster like RED911 who's putting down KXL and telling everyone Sage is great since 3 years with a price that went from .80 cents and went down since 3 years non stop and now being at .025-.03 cents average. Having Bill Love writing on AGO RA COM that he was not seeing the need of consolidation when few months after a consolidation was announced. Not being professional on their own main web site while writing year 20010... not 2010. Having less than 100K O/S shares 2 1/2 years ago and spitting on papers and now above 1/4 billion O/S shares. When asked if a Shareholders plan was to be in place or accepted; they said there is no need.. like Shareholders do not count. etc.. etc..
So... tell me what is positive in all that....If it was just one thing?
Rod, Charlie, Clint or others.. I'm sure you can had on this... I wish not.. but this is some facts...
So, let TD picking up all what's left on the table.. and then have them play with the big boys.. us small shareholders do not believe in this management Team...
Ok, there is some new penny tradders looking at insiders buying like this is the only thing they look at and play the 1/2 penny.. Sorry guys; here you have a bunch of shareholders who followed this company since more than 3 years.. we know the fact. So yes Insiders are buying.. AND SO WHAT.. consolidation is voted... be ready to see your investment going down.
