Major oil services providers (HAL and Schlumberger) are moving toward Shales gas horizontal drilling and Deep sea drilling for growth and revenue.
Gas prices have collapse and won't move up much.
This disaster will highlight how recovery oil from deep sea is a difficult and risky business, riskier than anyone has predicted.
Now, if you can't drill in the sea you still need to find oil.
Only move left is to invest in 'new oil recovery" processes, ie pulse pressure ie powerwave.
As more and more market players make this reasoning, more will invest in WEE and SP will move up.
For oil companies, turning to Powerwave makes even more sense now than ever. We can expect faster adoption rate.
Here is the most moronic reasoning ever, backlog is building up and this is bad.
Just take 2 sec and think about it and you realized how big of a cretin can actually post this....
Market cap is small 165-175 millions. A takeover bid at 400-500 millions is a nice premium. Management will have to accept. Target price of 4.50 to 7$.
It could happen next tomorrow or in 6 months, but now it will happen.
WEE will either rise incrementally or suddenly.
It's a SP time bomb.
