RE: RE: 150 Target ...HKAny retail investor should now realize they have been terribly misled and are only lining the pockets of senior mgmt of SGQ and the fund managers supporting this stock.
For 8-12 months this stock has been hyped as to opportunities in the mid to even high 20's with no hopes of delivering in the near future. Prior Hong Kong IPO, the stock it 20; however, various fund managers sold off their holdings at a considerable gain (initial buying around $4-8) knowing full well they could capitalize on a downward market and further add to their already stellar gains.
There has been downward presssure on this stock, especially since the Hong Kong IPO, of which will continue. If you are a retail investor be prepared to see the stock continue its downward pressure well into the low $11 range and possibly well within the 10 range.
This is not a retail stock by any means and those buying (even at this range) will probably lose their shirts.
Try and have any of the 6 or so analysts covering this stock to justify their position and you will find them hardpressed....Based upon our market model we see value in this stock but they will not be able to justify their nubmers.
There is value in this stock yes; however, I am not certain whether the retail investor will ever see this value or not.
