Interminable Phase 1 trials, missed timelines, eleven years and counting, insignificant NRs, failure to enhance shareholder value (but not his own) and now a naked (possibly a manipulative) grab for low priced options. Something else bothers me. Will a behind the doors deal be struck with a potential partner which will enhance executives to the detriment of shareholders?
