Shares OutstandingHi Everyone,

Does anyone know what the latest count is for share outstanding with the last 20,000,000 units being offered?  I saw on their website they currently have 34,000,000, but i am wondering if that includes the latest financing or not.   Any knowledge would be appreciated, thanks.

I couldn't put a call into IR today, but i will try tomorrow.  I still picked up a few shares today and look forward to a great summer with NCG.
