It looks like you have read SET's recent annual report?    I am very concerned about SET's 2009 operating and sales expenses that combine to 3.6 million ??  !!!  



Sales:  it looks like the CDN military order is worth 3.6 million but it also looks like that is a potential, not a for sure!  

issuing shares?   In the report, it looks like managers and other partners have already traded "debt for equity", I cant see SET issuing shares ?   I think there are plenty of shares.

To be blunt, this company is running on a string and I hope it can somehow get some decent orders and more consistent cash flows BEFORE the bank shuts them down.  SET appears to have a plan but obviously execution is the key. 

as for contacting  the management?   I may once I do a little more DD

it is a truly speculative WATER play with lots of moving parts, the big question is if their products are truly needed and competitive in the water market?
