RE: My apologies...

RE: My apologies...Like I said, I stand behind what I've written and said.

I always thought the drug was a good one, but I have also always thought that certain efforts, responsabilities and decisions were lacking. Suffice to say, there were certain management decisions that I and many others questioned. We have been left in precarious financial situations many times when it could have been mitigated if not altogether avoided by raising a ton of cash at much higher levels years ago . The whole roche debacle of the renegotiation, the murky koziak,  yatscoff, clemens and prakash gowd situations were not shining moments.  Diatest was left to wither on the vine when it could have been built out and spun off at a much higher value.......We STILL have no partner of TX, said to be our number condition aqnd raison d'etre for this drug, psoriasis is a doubtful market and we blew close to 200 million on it to date...etc..etc...having said all that, the drug works, lux is a temporary saviour but not the end game.  I am still waiting for a parnter for tx to present itself and we were told that at least 17 potential partners were kicking the tires....SO? WHERE ARE THEY?

as for the old IR person, I found it curious that it was never mentioned that they were let go or resigned...and yes, while it would not have gotten us to $20, a good seasoned IR person with experience and contacts, in a public company doing business with Roche and looking to be a major player in the field would have been a wise management decision. As I understood it, the old IR person was initially a nice person who was a receptionist who then took IR courses and was promoted to head IR. You tell me, is this wise? Any public co. worth it's salt understands that public relations are a key component in helping build a publicly traded companies profile. The tweed suits in biotech have generally NEVER understood this, and moreover, RESENT the position in theory. My feeling is that while of course the drug supercedes all, a good IR position is essential to so many things, especially in a small cdn. biotech in a horrible market.

all that aside, as a shareholder, I have a RIGHT to discuss these situations and so do you. It is OUR company. It is OUR investment. Why is it that if a shareholder voices dissapproval he is considered a basher or short or anything like that?  If you wish to sit on your hands that's your choice. I think it is the shareholders RESPONSABILITY to have their voices heard.

My only other complaint, was that certain people in management were at one time watchers of this board, and even went so far as to call me by my stockhouse name in a telephone conversation I had with them.  I found that VERY disturbing, and led me to question if they weren't also posting comments, which as you know and the ceo of wholefoods can tell you, is a nono.

anyhow, I am done justifying myself to the goofs on this board....there have ALWAYS been a few good people on here and they know who they are...all the others can do as they wish, and say what they want. I have been long this stock for a very long while, I have averaged down, I have been a loyal good shareholder and there's not many on this board who can say the same. I say both good and bad and I always check with sources to know what is REALLY going on...have any of you called the partners or the analysts who follow this stock? I have..and let me tell you, it is amazing what they will divulge.  some of it is good, and some is not so good. On balance they almost all like the drug and almost all think we should be more than a .35 cent stock.
