Mercator Minerals, Ltd. is a mineral resource company engaged in the mining, exploration, development and operation of its mineral properties in Arizona, United States and Sonora, Mexico. The Company’s principal assets are the 100% owned Mineral Park Mine, a producing copper-moly mine located near Kingman, Arizona and the El Pilar Project located in Sonora Mexico. The primary focus of the Company is the expansion of copper production and molybdenum concentrate production at the Mineral Park Mine, and the development of the El Pilar Project. Its other projects include The El Creston molybdenum property, which is 175 kilometers south of the United States Border and 145 kilometers northeast of the city of Hermosillo; Molybrook, which is located on the south coast of Newfoundland, and Ajax, which is located 13 kilometers north of Alice Arm, British Columbia.

Dardeis, if your looking for a quick break out in the near term, i'm not sure if we are going to get there. Management's plan is to to bring the recoveries to design capacity and should happen for Phase 1.5 in Q3 with the new equipment but the real gain will happen in Q1 of 2011 when phase 2 will be completed. With all the draw down on the non cash charges for Q1 and Q2, i don't think our earnings will be significant but we'll know more from EBITDA numbers.

The way I see it, ML is a very good six to 12 month hold and we should get to more than double our money from here. Also El pillar should be included in the analyst model in Q3 and Q4. If moly and CU perform we may be in for a big surprise.
