Here is the timeline...
- May 7, 2009 NCI has confirmed receipt of PharmaGap’s drug
- August 13, 2009 the drug
has demonstrated sufficient anti-proliferative effect in the NCI’s initial single dose assay to warrant examination in an expanded “dose response” assay in which the compound will be evaluated against the NCI-60 cancer cell panel at five concentration levels.
- August 24, 2009 Assay results
-  October 20, 2009 Testing done waiting for NCI to send results
-  October 27, 2009 Results!

On August 25, 2009 goblue1 posted a conversation he had with the CEO that stated:

NCI 5 dose testing results are expected back in 8-10 weeks, possibly sooner (6 wks) but they had not been provided with an expected time.  Then they would need to review.

For the first set of results they said a minimum of 6-10 weeks and it took over 16 weeks.
Ottawa, Ontario/May 7, 2009 – PharmaGap Inc. (TSX-V: GAP) (“PharmaGap” or “the Company”)

today announced that the National Cancer Institute (“NCI”) has confirmed receipt of PharmaGap’s

drug product PhG-alpha-1 at its drug depository in Rockville, MD, in advance of testing in the

NCI’s tumour cell panel consisting of 60 human cancer cell lines. The NCI has advised the

Company that the results of the initial single dose test could normally be expected in a minimum

of six to ten weeks.
