WEE, Offshore drilling ban...

The BP disaster is getting worst:

Exxon disaster is still fresh in people's mind. There will be more regulations surrounding offshore drilling.
More environmental rule.
ie more cost related to it.
Remember Schlumberger and Hal growth strategy are around offshore drilling.
They will have to look elsewhere.
Goes back to another WEE catalyst... Takeover from a major / or service provider.
The lower SP remain the higher the odds of an friendly or hostile takeover.
Internal growth story or Takeover.
