Ok alwayst the positve person but this and a few things like expanding 7 directors to 9 makes me wonder ...

     They have 9 dicks  I vote for only 7    I think that 5 would have been enough  I wish I could back and change my vote,
                            If you get to the meeting make sure you ask allot of questions, and after the meeting go up and ask more looking right into their eye's to see if they are lying, and these type of people are good at that,
