Management is brutal.  Assets are excellent.  Result is poor stock performance relative to fair value.  Get rid of managment and stock will double at least based on nothing else.  I have been out for awhile now (sold after their latest huge miss).  Will buy back in if stupid cheap or a hint at a management change.
