LOI finalization

LOI finalizationDo you guys think the LOI ratification will come with its own NR or do you think they are gonna bundle it with some other news?  I figured we would have a solid update regarding  the finalization aside from a mention of a preliminary design for the equipment to be developed for the AR.

We should hear an announcement sometime soon of the AGM in June.
We are also waiting to hear the terms of Vanguard acquisition.

We are also waiting to hear about potential agreements with "at least" 2 more solar outfits - Taiwan and Japan.
