The matter was delayed until June by request of Stetson and has not yet been placed on the docket.

To our knowledge, only the one well has been drilled in the area and no other drilling may take place until the temporary spacing and proper permitting processes have been followed.


Well, I guess that, at least, is a time-line...

So dead money for a month?

Although, there may be some accumulation in the run-up to June, no?
