You either are joking or are completely misinformed.  First, WZR hit an unexpected zone of gas and OIL CONDENSATES which means light oil.  They are now drilling and testing two other oil bearing zones.  The seismic basically showed these other zones, the question really is if they have hit a gusher.   Second, your figure of 10% correct is plain wrong, seismic success rates are extremely high in this day and age, otherwise companies wouldn't bother with it.  Indeed if it only had a 10% rate VST would probably just drill where the oil seeps have occurred.  Third, in Kurdistan in general there has been something like an 80% success rate when drilling for oil, this means one could virtually hit anywhere, but another reason for doing seismic is to try and drill at the location that will hit and give up the most information about possible multiple zones etc.
After listening to more bs from bashers it has persuaded me to go to the market tomorrow and buy more.  This by the way is precisely what they do not want to hear.  Remember, if you don't like bashers, the best thing you can do is to increase your position, because communally this is absolutely toxic to them.
