Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

I would think that if the shrimp industry and wildlife gets hurt, and we see miles of contaminated beach, that would seriously impede offshore drilling in the US. The argument that drilling offshore is safe will never be believed, and as the industry apparently is still not prepared for large spills, that will give the argument against drilling, so there is lots at stake here.

I don't think day traders are at work here - a few investors just going elsewhere. Still picking up cheap shares!
