There is not a lot of public float on this stock and in regards to demand...several million shares have been purchased recently, but via PP instead of on the open market.

Over 3 million shares have been purchased recently in the .30-.35 range, so there has been demand but that demand was supplied by new share issuance rather than the open market, where the number of shares being offered in that range has been very low.
