Its divisions include SmartMetal and Alusion. Its SmartMetal stabilized aluminum foam products are effective at absorbing an amount of energy in a lightweight and recyclable package. SAF is used in such industries as architectural design, military and automotive. It markets its architectural SAF under the Alusion brand and its automotive and military SAF under the SmartMetal brand.

When I read your comment I nearly spewed my coffee all over the place as youhaven't a sweet clue about metallurgical smelting. Buckwheat was merelypointing out that input Costs are significantly lower because of RECYCLING.WOW, what a concept! Which, I might add is included in all of their Investors presentations as wellas Financial Analysts coverage. Hmmm, I wonder why…. I guess we areuseless Canucks with useless ideas..... Pimple my ARSE….. SAF V-shapedHull makes the underbelly 10:1 more times protective and in case you didn't notice the DATA speaks foritself. As I am sure you are so well aware SAF V-Shaped Hull ArmourKits give the Humvee the same type of protection a MRAP vehicle offers its passengers because of itsRECYCLED Aluminum SAF Armour Kit .

Now you go and ask any Soldier and they will tell you that while in Theater if given a choicethey would sooner ride in an MRAP Vehicle than a Humvee becauseof IED attacks.
