RE: Share roll up

RE: Share roll upNAG will not do a share roll up without reason... typically companies do this when they have a huge number of shares outstanding which siginificantly dilutes the EPS...

With a float size of under 140 million... that's a fairly small float, even if you include the warrents.....

To answer your question - An auger is basically a drillbit...the machine allows the miners to pick exactly where they want to "drill" and all the "wood shaving" (coal in this case) are collected and sent to the plant for processing... Because we have seam of coal, this is the most efficient way to mine it because you don't need to process all the dirt around the seam.

NAG is currently in PRODUCTION and will be spitting out positive cashflow shortly. They also continue to explore and evaluate the land positions they currently have..

What a great story... and the best part is it looks like we have some support at the 0.16 level, if we break that, lookout... I think you have to be patient here... one positive news relese could help us breakt out....

This rocket is ready to blast off! See you at the top in 6-8 months people!

GLTA!
