In the vernacular of the oil patch, "65 net wells" could still very easy translate to 90 gross depending upon the W.I in each well so once again you are cherry picking your numbers. I'm starting to wonder if you don't use numbers the way a drunk uses a lamp-post. For support rather than illumination.

Incidentally, $2.3 - $2.5mm does include tie-in.
