RE: News..XDM earns $0.09/share in 2009Great volume for a change, perhaps reflecting the aggressive moves by new management and insiders.

Very good financials too.........

.............although gross sales decreased 4 % to $92.5 million , net earnings increased from
.06 in 2008 to
.09 in 2009.

..............net earnings in the weakest quarter ( Q4 ) increased to $371,000 in 2009, from a loss of $187,000 in 2008

...........gross margins increased substantially on cost compression measures

.......strong cash flows extinguiished all debt while boosting cash levels to $3.5 million, from $1.4 million at the end of 2008 , while paying a dividend of
.02 as well in 2009

..........The RMG merger ..which was just compleetd, ...adds a dimension to the Canadian operations giving XDM an entirely new business model and sales channel in the political arena. This is a new and diverse business model to build on for the US operations going forward.

As such, XDM is well positioned to boost both sales and net earnings in 2010, and with new management, should be able to move the share price towards the $1 level..
