RE: RE: RE: RE: DD on RGX
S2;
You have not answered my questions.
Have you been associated with or done business with NMR360, Ortech or Argex now or in the past? Just answer these questions. Or do you have close friends or relatives that work for NMR360, Ortech or Argex now in the past.
If your answer is yes, your violated the conflict of interest law andyour ethic is questionable. A potential lawsuit can be filed againstyou.
If you like, I can state now that I have not done any business with NMR 360, Ortech, and Argex, other than I am an Argex investor. I do not hold any management and engineering position, and I do not consult for Argex, NMR360 or Ortech ever as today. In case of a lawsuit, they can cross examination all the documents. However, they will examine your background and association carefully as you made untrue statements against Argex and myself.
Without any evidence, you accused the entire Argex board engaged in pump and dump twice, and when I pointed it out, you then accuse me engaging in pump and dump, all without evidence. Of course, I showed you the evidence that no Argex board ever sold any shares with links. It is not too strong as you mentioned in your post, it is unethical, untrue, deceiving and manuplative, as you tried to discredit the entire Argex board and me.
I have been on the Stockhouse for many years, and I analyzed many companies with great details, and no one has ever accused me pump and dump.
You asked question as a mere woman (implying that you have no background or knowledge), but later you said you know the metallurgy quite well and you actually work in the metallurgy industry (which company do you actually work now or in the past?
This is a serious conflict of interest. If you or you have friends or relatives that worked for NMR360, you are trying to discredit Argex because NMR260 lost the business with Argex, and you said that you discussed with an analyst(s), but without giving out the name and firm of the analyst. This is again unethical. If the analyst was willing to give you confidential opinions and analysis, this analyst or analysts must provide the same information to the general public, otherwise, the analysts violated the conflict of interest law. Remember that an Wall Street Journal analyst (Heard on the Street) provided confidential information to his clients before he published his article in the Journal, he was caught and fired for his act. Thus, unless you can provide the name and firm of analyst, you must shut up and withdraw your comments, otherwise an investigation will start on you and your analyst.
Also, analysts usually consults metallurgists for opinions an comments as they are not metallurgists, thus it looks to me you are providing your expert opinion to the analyst about the metallurgy process used by Argex, and then you quote the analyst to discredit the Argex. Not the other way around.
While we answered your questions repeatedly, you still still said they were not answered. Again, I mentioned that not we did not provide answers, but you do not like our answers. That is a different story.
But you never answer my questions. Unless you answer my questions above, everything you said is questionable. You must disclose your or your friends' or your relative's association with NMR360, Ortech, or Argex, and you must provide the name and firm of the analyst because you are not "a mere woman", but you are an metallurgy insider who discredits Argex without detailed analysis or evidence (and you do so by first stating that you were just a mere woman), and some of the facts you provided are completely false. You not only attacked Argex, you also attack me, remember in many posts, after stating false information, you specifically mentioned my alias.
As you stated many false information in the past, and you wrongfully accuse Argex Board and so on, your analysis on the Ortech process is questionable at best, probably deadly wrong as some of your earlier statements are. Try an example, i.e., the Argex Board engaged in the pump-and-dump. If you provide false information on simple facts, how can people believe in your analysis? If you do not provide the name and firm of analysts, whatever you said is simply nonsense. You lied about your background as a mere woman, later (and you accused others as an insider), you then acknowledged that you work for the metallurgy industry. All these points that you do not have creditability, and you have a good chance of violating serious conflict of interest law.
Ortech is a well-recognized and well-respected company, and they will come out to demonstrate their process in due time. Until then, we wait for the metallurgy studies, just like we wait for the drilling. Argex management is not stupid, Michael Dehn has been successful in many of his previous career, I am confident that he picked the right metallurgy process and experts.
