i say it looks like a glitch.
Someone asked why their order wasn't filled at 1.80. Simple there are now 7 stock exchanges in Cdn. So your broker just goes to whatever market to get the best price or to fufill your order as quickly as possible.
Those shares were not on the TSX. Could be on Alpha or some other exchange.
How about a reverse transaction for the people that sold between 2pm and 3pm.
Time to call your broker and make his life miserable.
Refund, Reverse etc.
