I'm not a shareholder of FLX brybaby, and it doesn't seem that CIBC is usning the same program selling there.

You guys should look into this. It's not right what CIBC is doing. They are continuously selling small amounts of shares between 1000 and 2000 shares, always at the bid, and approx every 3 minutes or less. I'm not making this up. It's still continuing, and I hope the exchange contacts the broker of record to see what's going on.

Maybe the broker pressed the wrong button? lol
