Is Fibertower a dragon customer?

CC suggested US tier 1 were uisng Fibertower's microwave capacity to supplement their back haul?

Also, DWI has not yet spent a penny on buy backs- according to DWI.

So the price could go lower unless these guys announce a major tier 1 customer.

DWI will gain business over time- its not a question of if. Its when.
