I believe it is National!...I have seen them in action on other stocks I have owned & after the close...I have seen them bring the price down on one stock I owned by as much as
.25 on a $2.00 stock after the close every day!...They are ruthless...same tactics used here like Goldman uses!...Watch closely...& you will see!...They are the reason me & many  other investors sold CEE!...They always use Anonymous...on their patty cake buys & sells!!!...
