RE: RE: RE: RE: Big bid at $7.80 - possible reasonThere's an old saying in the industry that I never tire of quoting, although others readily tire of hearing it: You don't finance when you need to; you finance when you can.  Much as I dread the dilution of my stake in CSI,  I realize the landscape can change quickly.  Ari knows that if the precious metals market unravels, he may have to finance later at half the current SP and throw in a bunch of warrants--if a buyer for the PP can even be found.   If I owned Diablo Uranium and failed to cash up during the boom, I would consider myself today to lucky to raise $500,000 even on the most generous terms.  Investors wouldn't care about all my yellowcake.   UEX was a $7 stock like CSI, but you can pick some up today at .65.

On every board I contribute to in which the stock is performing well,  there are numerous posts asserting hopefully that the company has enough funds for now and will not do an equity offering.  Some of those posts may be right, but some will be wrong.  You can never really have too much cash in the till.  I am on the record as predicting another financing before the mine has been completed, although I hope I'm wrong.  If the SP breaks $10 in the near term, I think we'll be hearing the ring of the register in short order.
