Canadian Royalties Inc. announcedthat it has won an arbitration ruling that allows it to boost its stakein the Expo-Ungava metals property to 80%. The company said the rulingagainst Nearctic Nickel Mines Inc., the former Ungava Minerals Corp.,allows it to take additional 10% interest in the project and form ajoint venture with Nearctic. Nearctic was also ordered to payarbitrator's fees. The hearings followed a challenge by Nearctic thatCanadian Royalties had not met its obligations under an option and jointventure agreement signed in 2001.
